Welcome to issue #32 of Together Journal magazine! It’s a delight to have you here.
In this issue, we travel to Milan with Murray Crane, legendary men’s tailor and tastemaker for all things involving men’s fashion. Murray takes us on an insightful tour of the trusted artisanal suppliers he has worked with for decades and updates us on style trends he’s observed while wandering one of the world’s most fashionable cities.
Our friends at Amélie George Bridal exclusively unveil their stunning SS23 collection. It’s boldly feminine and sophisticated and a lot like wearing miniature art pieces.
Murray Crane is not the only one travelling to Italy. We have noticed a record number of couples choosing to elope or have weddings in distant locales, and Italy is among the most popular destinations. A reprieve from Covid’s restrictions and lockdowns has undoubtedly fueled a strong desire to head offshore, which we believe has been amplified by the popular TV series The White Lotus and its Sicilian-based sequel.
Whatever the reasons, there is no doubt that Italy is currently a wedding hotspot. So we called on our long-term contributors, Laura and Tommaso of Italian-based Lato Photography, to share their insider tips for marrying in Italy.
Of course, if you travel abroad to wed, it makes sense to stay on for the honeymoon. This issue, we welcome back our honeymoon series with a beautiful feature by photographer Tasha Meys, who takes us on a trip through her top three Italian locations for honeymooners, including hot tips for each spot.
