The Rippon Hall looks out over Rippon’s vines, Lake Wānaka, Ruby Island, and the Southern Alps beyond. Crafted from the land itself, its walls are made of the earth from the Rippon hillside. The trusses and beams are made from the larch forest, and the boiler runs on wood from the farm.
