Crane Brothers<\/a> has established itself as the go-to atelier for New Zealand’s most dapper gentlemen. Demonstrating their knack for understanding what customers desire, the Auckland label has just launched a new website and it’s about to revolutionise the way men shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Together Journal caught up with Digital and Brand Manager Ben Saint George to find out what we can expect from Crane Brothers’ new corner of the internet.

“With people’s lifestyles changing, our goal was to bring the Crane Brothers experience to our customers wherever they are,” he says. \u201cThis meant creating a smarter website that was more mobile friendly and easier to use.”

Upon first glance, it’s already clear to see how simple it is to navigate the site. For instance, there’s now a dedicated wedding page<\/a> for brides and grooms alike filled with beautiful inspiration from real weddings featured in Together Journal. Have you seen a tux you would love to don on your special day? You can enquire about any of the suits in one swift message and the team will arrange a consultation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, there\u2019s a whole heap of looks to inspire elsewhere on the site<\/a> from Crane Brothers’ made-to-measure collection to their ready-to-wear line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Many of our customers come to our website looking for inspiration – we’ve created a whole new Inspiration section<\/a>, where customers can browse looks, enquire directly about the specific outfit and be connected directly with one of the team,” Ben explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Again, you can find real wedding looks here alongside seasonal knitwear, autumn blazers and the Traveller Collection. Already offering customers a personal service, the new website has only further elevated what Crane Brothers is all about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We wanted to create a richer shopping experience. That meant showcasing our product in a more dynamic way, but also creating a space where we can house more content and editorial,” Ben says. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Our customers are often looking to us for guidance and we wanted to be able to help them find answers easier, and tell the stories behind our products, production and heritage. Guys can sometimes not quite know where to start with building a wardrobe and we wanted to make the process straightforward and elegant.”
