In honour of Pride month, COS has teamed up with artist Coco Capitán to celebrate the right to live and love authentically.
Comprising of three designs, the limited edition T-shirt capsule was exclusively created by Capitán who has famously collaborated with a range of notable brands including Gucci.
Each organic cotton t-shirt boasts messages of love, freedom and inclusivity emblazoned in her signature handwriting. “Always love because love is always love,” one t-shirt reads. Another states: “A boyfriend called my girlfriend”. The third features the words, “Would you be my boyfriend girl queer friend?”
To coincide with the launch, COS is also reissuing their limited edition cotton Pride tote. In further recognition of this year’s Global Pride movement, the bag boasts the COS logo reimagined in the colours of the LGBTQI+ rainbow flag.

The collection will be available to purchase in COS stores in late July and all proceeds will be donated to local Pride organisation OutLine. Based in Auckland, the all-ages mental health organisation offers a free peer support phone line, transgender peer support service and face-to-face or Skype councelling for rainbow people across Aotearoa.
