If there are any issue’s with your Together Journal goods, please reach out to our team at email@example.com each request will be reviewed by a Together Journal team member. At the end of the day we want you to be happy and to be a returning customer, requests to return are very rare. On the very odd occasion that we do get them we work hard to find a happy solution for all.
POLICY FOR RETURNS
Together Journal will make every effort possible to exchange goods where possible.
If magazines or panners arrive damaged or have a fault, we will work with you to exchange them. We can’t guarantee that we will always have the correct stock to replace, but we will do our very best to come to a mutually happy resolution.
Sale items, items purchased on sale or using a discount code cannot be returned.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS
Please ensure your return is valid, by reviewing our notes above.
Contact Together Journal (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide name, order number and item/s to be returned and if damaged please email a photo of the damaged stock. Together Journal will review the return request and we will be in touch.
We will be in contact to organise return shipping if the return is valid.
Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed, these timeframes are dictated by the third party payment method and or financial institution.
Returns are at the discretion of Together Journal, we reserve the right to deny returns, that do not meet our criteria.
Exchanges are subject to item availability. Together Journal cannot guarantee availability, but we will make every effort possible to exchange for the correct item. We do not cover shipping costs for an exchange request based on change of mind, these will be charged to the customer.
Refunds will be processed via original payment method only
For all damaged items, Together Journal offers replacement or if the stock is no longer available an option to exchange for other goods or to receive a full refund (including shipping costs).
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use/abuse after delivery, do not fall under the category of faulty or damaged for returns.
