Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love…
BW- I am the list maker, planner and overthinker! Tash is the charmer, yarner and has the “Good Vibes Only” Mantra. Tash is the Auckland area manager for New Zealands biggest leading menswear brand and I am a hairstylist of nearly 15 years and salon manager, this leads to us both having a shared interest in style, which can also sometimes be cause for debate!
Owen and I worked out pretty quickly that we’re incredibly similar — apart from him being a morning person and me being a night owl. We both work in funds management; the same job at different companies. Our work can be demanding, so it helps that we have a good understanding of what each other does.
We’re both family orientated and have creative minds. I’m an interior designer and lucky enough to work alongside my mother, Rose Schwarz, for our spatial and interior design studio, Schwarz Design.
Melanie is Group CEO of Socialites Group, Australasia’s largest indie social media agency. Her four children – Zac (15), Jasper (13) and Indie (12) with baby Willow (8 months) makes for a colourful, loud and crazy life but something she is thankful for…
Erin– I’m the digital and deputy editor for Remix Magazine, as well as a freelance copywriter. My passion is translating people and their stories onto the page. Nothing beats the feeling of seeing your words published!
We met at a local football club… became good friends for a couple of years and friendship turned into more. We have been together now for 9 years and time flies when you’re having fun! The rest is history! Oh and I must say Michael’s blue eyes may have had something to do with it.
Shane is a dairy farmer and I’m a buyer for a supermarket. I also photograph weddings part-time over the summer. Our story began the way all great love stories do – at a music festival on New Years Eve!
I had no ring and she was in her pyjamas watching tv alone. I rummaged through the house to find something to resemble a ring and found a packet of burger ring chips. I walked to the lounge room, dropped to one knee and asked her to marry me.
He likes the sun, I like the snow. He likes routine, I like adventure. He’s academic, I’m more creative. We’re opposites, which gives us balance.

Aaron and I live in the leafy North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. We bought our first home together during 2020 which we are currently renovating and expanding. We are so passionate and proud to be creating a family home with memories to cherish and growing old here. We have a Golden fur baby Simba who is three years old and demands daily walks and pats (and we enjoy every bit of it!).
I was born in Perth and I’m a Project Administrator for a residential building company and Adam was born in Gore, New Zealand and is an arborist. We love spending weekends away in some secluded little cabin where we can soak up the isolation and just be with each other. We have a nice little home in Perth along with our old cat Seth and our five ducks where we spend our time growing vegetables or sitting by the outdoor fire with friends enjoying good wine and even better food.

We like to think that we’ve both grown up and matured together and so have almost too much in common and a heap of shared experiences to look back on. We’re big outdoors people – we love getting out into nature, exploring the wilderness and travelling to new places.
