We are both designers, living in a little old cottage in Gundaroo with our cat Jimmy, and dog Olive.

Kieran: We both share a love for coffee and vinyl records, dogs, land rovers, and brutalist architecture. Both of us are busy people who aim to work hard but we always, always prioritise phoneless dinners together and cups of tea to start the day.
How did you meet?
We first met in the year 2000 in a real sliding doors moment. I was 10 and Bill was 8 when we both won a scooter by entering the local newspaper colouring competition. We didn’t know each other, but as winners, we had to be photographed together in the newspaper with the scooters. I never saw him again until 13 years later where we randomly met at a local party.

Hope: Blake and I met when we were 16 through our local church, true high school sweethearts! I clearly remember the moment Blake caught my eye, during a play-fight he picked me up and carried me clean across a hallway. I was pretty smitten after that.

We are high school sweethearts, who got to know each other through sport.

Meagan is a Social Worker in the intensive care unit at a children’s hospital and Nate shares his time between civil construction and being the lead singer in a band.

We were high school sweethearts. I met Andrew when he and I were both 16 years old. He said hi, I smiled back and before you know it we started to hang out regularly. Talk about young love. If you know, you know I guess.

Maree: We met while working at Rainbows End - I was one of the resident artists, and Glenn was one of the maintenance engineers. He asked me out and I said I didn’t want to date anyone at work but was happy to hang out as friends... and the rest is history. We've both been married before and didn't plan on getting married again. We are both in our mid-forties - proof that it's never too late to find love!

Nick and I met in medical school, we're two resident doctors - he’s in Internal Medicine and I’m in Pediatrics.

Dan works in HR and I’m a health care practitioner. Interestingly we did a pre-marriage course soon after we got engaged and it was very fascinating to see on paper who we are as individuals and what our relationship strengths and weaknesses are.
