Clara manages the entire design and make process, from initial design meetings and consultations with brides to the intricate design and sketching phases, all the way to handcrafting each gown within her Auckland-based Atelier. Additionally, Clara offers a captivating core wedding dress collection tailored for the discerning bride who embodies a timeless, modern, and classic aesthetic. These designs, available exclusively through Clara Bridal, are made-to-order, ensuring each bride has a unique and special gown made just for her and she feels truly exceptional on her special day.

Her artistry blends simplicity and intricate details, effortlessly capturing the essence of each bride’s style and personality. With experience gained from renowned New Zealand designers like Kate Sylvester, Zambezi, and Amber Whitecliffe, Clara’s craftsmanship is honed to perfection. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design from Whitecliffe and has ventured into the world of fine jewellery through her company, Capellia, known for its exquisite pearl creations, now gracing boutiques nationwide. Capellia’s pieces harmonize seamlessly with Clara’s bridal designs, adding an extra touch of elegance to her creations.
