We love championing brands that work hard towards sustainability, so when we heard about Sabbia Co, we were instantly on board. Sabbia Co’s philosophy is to turn your beauty routine into a ritual using sustainable skin tools that will make your skin glow, so it’s no surprise the foundations of this brand were humbly built by two people who truly want to do better for our planet.
When ocean-loving Burleigh Heads Founders Katie and Dave found themselves on a remote beach in Sri Lanka and devastated over the amount of single-use personal items they were surrounded by.
From there Sabbia Co was launched in September 2019 with three products. Their hero face it face kit, cleanse kit and tone kit, which all remove makeup/zinc and cleanse and exfoliate with just water.
As their community grew the need for sustainable skincare was a daily request, they launched sustainably sourced and packaged skincare on their first birthday.
We were sent the Botanical Glow Cleanser, the Multi-Vitamin Moisturiser and the Matcha Clay Mask. The Botanical Glow Cleanser deeply cleanses and assists in reducing breakouts and inflammation, the Matcha Clay Mask detoxifies and revitalises and the Multi-Vitamin Moisturiser strengthens and plumps the skin.
