Tell us a little about yourselves…
We were both in college when we met, and one thing that has always defined us is our love of travel and experiencing the world together.
How/where/when did you meet?
We met on a dating app while we were both in college. From the very beginning, everything felt easy, and what started as a simple swipe quickly became a lifelong partnership.
What styling and visual elements worked best for you?
We loved the timeless and romantic feel of the wedding. We wanted the beauty of the venue and thoughtful details to remain the focus.
What did you enjoy most about the planning process?
Our biggest priority was creating an experience where every guest felt genuinely welcomed. We wanted everyone to relax, connect, and enjoy being together.
Tell us about your vendors.
Our wedding planner, Federica, was amazing throughout the planning process and helped bring everything together to create such a special weekend.
Tell us about your main outfits.
My gown was designed by Berta, with Jimmy Choo heels for the ceremony and Ferragamo heels for the second look. Rob wore a classic black tuxedo with a black bow tie and traditional tuxedo shoes.
Tell us about your wedding and engagement rings.
My engagement ring features a family heirloom diamond passed down through three generations. It was originally given to my grandmother by my great-grandfather, then passed to my mother, who entrusted it to my husband when he proposed. Our wedding bands were intentionally simple.
What elements were most important to you?
Creating a warm and welcoming experience for our family and friends was our biggest priority.
Favourite moment?
Our proposal in Morocco, surrounded by our family and friends, was one of our favourite moments. The proposal was especially meaningful because my husband had asked my parents for my hand while we were travelling in Da Nang, Vietnam.
What does being married mean to you?
Our wedding weekend reflected what defines us most: family, travel, and creating meaningful experiences with the people we love.
