A beautiful blend of romance, wanderlust, and togetherness.
Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love…
We’re a couple who feel most at home in nature — whether it’s camping under the stars, spending the day by the ocean, or taking long walks with our two dogs. We love exploring new places, breathing in the fresh air, and finding little moments of peace outdoors. When we’re not adventuring, you’ll probably find us in the kitchen baking something sweet, enjoying good food, and relaxing together. We’re happiest when life feels simple, surrounded by nature, our dogs, and each other.

How/where/when did you meet – and what were your first impressions?
When we met at sixteen, we were just two teenagers who had no idea what the future would hold. Back then, we couldn’t have imagined that twelve years later, we’d be standing side by side, preparing to say “I do.” What started as a young, innocent connection grew into a love that weathered time, change, and all the moments in between. From high school memories to the life we’ve built together, our journey has been proof that sometimes the best things in life happen when you least expect them.

Tell us about the vision you had for the mood and style of your wedding. (theme, key styling elements, florals, colour palettes etc.).
Our vision for the wedding was simple — to be surrounded by the people we love most. We wanted an intimate celebration, something small and meaningful, where every face in the crowd held a special place in our hearts. Choosing to get married in Provence, France, felt like the perfect adventure — a beautiful blend of romance, wanderlust, and togetherness.

What styling and visual elements worked best for you? (could be things, the florals, particular hire products or your marquee, etc., something the stylist created or simply just the scenic beauty of your location or the existing design of your venue).
Definitely the location!
What did you enjoy most about the planning process, and do you have any tips for couples starting their wedding planning journey?
Having a micro destination wedding was the best decision ever!

Tell us about your vendors. Were there any standout suppliers you would like to make special mention of?
Having Mariah as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment she arrived, she brought such calm, positive energy that instantly put everyone at ease. She felt more like a friend than a vendor — blending in effortlessly while capturing every moment so naturally. Her passion for film photography really shines through; every shot feels intentional, timeless, and full of emotion. We’re beyond grateful for her talent and kindness, and we’ll treasure these photos forever.

What were one or two elements that were most important to you both that you were happy to spend a little more on? (food, photography, florals, the venue, your outfits?).
We were happy to spend more on food, drinks and of course photography.
Was there a favourite moment (or two) that you will treasure always?
Spending time a few days with our closest family and friends for a few days in a beautiful Airbnb in the South of France.
