Intelligent, evidence-led wellness
There is a new clarity emerging in women’s wellness, one shaped by science, lived experience and a refreshingly real understanding of what women actually need. Cadence, a new supplement brand founded by author and advocate Jess Quinn and business leader Katherine Douglas, is part of this shift. Their launch collection feels thoughtful, intelligent and distinctly modern, offering support for women navigating the complexities of hormones, metabolism and gut health. At Together Journal, we love seeing wellness brands created by young women who understand the nuances of their own bodies and are committed to helping others.
Cadence arrives with three targeted formulations: Cycle Sister, Inositol Doll and Grateful Guts. Each has been crafted with clinically studied ingredients and a strong commitment to making science accessible. The brand’s approach is grounded in real life rather than trends, offering practical solutions that integrate seamlessly into daily routines.

For Jess Quinn, co-founder, the brand could only have grown from personal experience. After years of navigating endometriosis, fertility challenges and the emotional weight that accompanies both, she wanted to create what she once needed: products that feel trustworthy and a community that feels genuinely supportive. Cadence is shaped by this intention, offering women tools that honour their lived realities.
Katherine Douglas brings a complementary depth of expertise. With a background in business and a strong focus on evidence-based formulation, she has helped transform complex research into products that are both potent and simple to use. Her philosophy is centred on practicality, designing formulas that slot easily into busy lives while still delivering meaningful results.

Cycle Sister, priced at $45, supports regular periods, smoother cycles and PMS through a blend of Chaste Tree, Peony and Milk Thistle. These ingredients work together to support mood, comfort, clear skin and healthy hormone processing. Inositol Doll, also $45, is designed for women wanting better blood sugar balance and metabolic support, combining Inositol, Chromium and Magnesium to help with cravings, energy and ovarian health.
The third product, Grateful Guts, completes the trio. This probiotic and herbal blend is formulated with Saccharomyces boulardii, Slippery Elm, Chamomile and Ginger to support a healthy gut lining, balanced flora and more comfortable digestion.
Cadence’s debut collection reflects a broader shift toward intelligent, evidence-led wellness that feels human, inclusive and designed for the flow of everyday life. With more products already in development and a co-creation model that invites women into the process, Cadence is signalling the start of something meaningful in modern health.
