Vicky: Ben manages a pub in Chelsea in London – food and wine are two of his biggest passions, along with design, music… and antiquing! He absolutely loves socialising and hosting, and has always been a bit of self-designated ‘social chair’ among friends.
Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love…
Garrett and I (Rachel) spend a majority of our time traveling; he plays professional baseball, so we’re on the road about 3-4 times per month. We love exploring new cities and finding our favourite little coffee shops and cafes. When we’re home, we love to play with our dog, read, go on walks, hangout in the backyard, paint, and go on date nights.Â

Hi, I’m Rosie. Originally born in England where I lived for 13 years before my family immigrated to New Zealand. I came over to Perth by myself about 7 years ago & have stayed here ever since. Dan is born & bred in Perth same for his family.
How/where/when did you meet – and what were your first impressions?
H – We met in our first year at uni in the halls down at Massey university in Palmerston North in 2013. Max was late to start uni as he was helping with his Family’s Farm at the yearling sales and his friend Chris had told me a bit about him. When he finally arrived I thought he was a bit of alright, a funny guy and pretty cool.
M – I could tell straight away that she was really kind, cute, sweet and a little bit awkward.

I’m a photographer and Jordan is an industrial designer. We met on a friend’s fire escape in Dunedin. Jordan had moved there for work and I was two weeks away from moving to Auckland.
MA: To my husband, we are only a couple months into our marriage but I am so excited to see where our future takes us. Like I said in my vows to you, I will continue to choose you every day and be your biggest cheerleader in life. I love you today, tomorrow, and for the rest of our lives!Â
AM: To my wife, I love you more than you could ever know. I am so blessed to have found you and there’s nothing that I wouldn’t do to make you happy! Here’s to many more years of love, laughs and happiness. I love you Monica, forever and always.Â

Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love, what is unique about you and your relationship…
Sam and I met in Wellington when I was at uni. I moved into his flat with one of my best friends at the start of the year and had a crush on him from day one. Like all true love stories, we went out to a party, kissed, and next thing we knew, we were in a relationship.
We’re both doctors from the South Island of New Zealand. Mike is an orthopaedic registrar and I’m a GP. We met when were at med school. Mike asked me out on a date on a typical boozy student night out at an Irish pub. We’ve now been together for 10 years.Â
Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love…
Emma (EK), Brad is a boiler maker and I am a Music teacher. We both love travelling, good coffee and our two beautiful huskies, Zeus and Marlo. Brad and I have been together for 10 years. After a rough couple of years trying to plan a wedding between two countries, we are finally married. And it was so much fun! We finally did it on our fifth attempt.
Our beloved couple of the shoot have been together for 16 years. Our project has made them feel so inspired that just a day after the shoot, we all got the message that they have actually made it official: they are engaged. As they were saying their true feelings to each other during the proposal part, it was nothing less than everything it is: a moment with two people utterly in love. So this styled shoot has very fast transformed into a real engagement.

Matt is a Marine Pilot and I am the Operations Manager for a renewable energy company. We are lucky enough to live in the beautiful Mount Maunganui with our blue Burmese, Odin. Matt’s work has seen us spend majority of our relationship living in different cities or Matt working at sea for long periods.
