Les Deux – The latest capsule collection by Grace Loves Lace is sharp, elegant and uncomplicated while packing serious luxury.
Iconic Australian brand Grace Loves Lace, creators of “The Most Pinned Wedding Gown” are releasing a capsule collection on November 15th of non-traditional styles all at a revolutionary price point of under AUD $1500. Titled ‘Les Deux’, the collection is for the woman who is looking for the perfect white dress with just a hint of bridal.
Renowned for disrupting the bridal industry and the way modern brides shop for their dress, GLL created this range to cater to budget conscious brides who’d prefer to spend more on entertaining guests and the experience rather than an opulent gown. “The Les Deux woman wants to wear an effortless dress without the wedding-gown stereotype,” said GLL Founder, Megan Ziems.
The collection of five gowns and five two-piece sets represents a new mood in bridal. “We’re seeing an upward trend of more casual settings like dinner parties, rooftop drinks or intimate elopements,” said Ziems. “This range focuses on fusing luxury with affordability, is for the kind of bride who breaks the rules, and appreciates quality but won’t sacrifice on comfort.”

Translating in French to “The Two”, the rebellious collection was inspired by history’s greatest femme fatales. Think Bianca Jagger marrying Mick in her white wedding suit, or the perfectly undone French it-girl. The life of the party, mysterious, painfully cool yet warm as the California sun, the Les Deux woman is truly whisky in a tea cup. “We can only imagine the fun that will go down at a Les Deux wedding,” said Ziems. A stone-cold fox by nature, she is bold, fearless and steadfast – unwavering in her conviction to be no one but exactly herself. She knows rules are meant to be broken, that kisses aren’t contracts, and flowers will wilt but true love is forever. A romantic at heart, she’s a traditionalist and adores old world charm and romance. However don’t be fooled, she wouldn’t dare be caught acting like a damsel in distress! This woman is strong, unapologetic and fiercely independent.
