Classic Margarita

Recipe

60ml 1800 Silver Tequila
1 Whole Juiced Lime
25ml Cointreau
20ml Agave
Flake Salt

Method

Get a small tumbler glass from your kitchen. We’ve used crystal cut tumblers from Soho Home; gorgeous and weighty. Dip the rim into a little lime juice and dust with flaky sea salt.

Add your Tequila, Cointreau, Agave and lime juice to your shaker. Fill with ice, shake hard for 30 seconds and double strain into your glass. For the garnish, we’ve dehydrated some lime wheels and frozen some small rose petals in ice. This little aesthetic touch really elevates the average at home beverage. At Good Spirits, we are all about the drinks looking just as sexy as the taste.

Chilli Mango Margarita

Recipe

1 Peeled Ripe Mango (cubed/1 mango yields 1 cup)
60ml 1800 Silver Tequila
1 Whole Juiced Lime
25ml Cointreau
2 to 3 Dashes of Chilli Essence
20ml Agave (depending on sweetness of Mango)
Kiwi Artisan Manuka Smoked Flaky Chilli Salt

Method

Grab a tumbler and dip the rim into lime juice, and dust with your smoky chilli salt.

Blend the cup of mango cubes with a dash of water until a smooth puree. Add to your shaker along with the remaining ingredients, shake hard and dump into your tumbler. Add in a large ice cube; here, we have frozen some chilli flakes and edible flowers; this adds a little more heat and looks gorgeous.

This is a great summer drink. Citrus forward, delicious, and that little kick at the end perfectly balances out the sweetness of the Mango. If summer was a drink, it’s this one
