Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love, what is unique about you and your relationship…
Samuel is a Manager in the Public Service. Katherine is a Registered Nurse/Midwife. We enjoy fine wines and cocktails, eating out and keeping fit.
We love travelling around and creating fun, exciting memories together. Often capturing these shots with our polaroid camera. Despite enjoying many nights out, our cozy spot on the couch is where we are found most.Â
Tell us about your special day, was there a specific theme or style? Tell us a little about the setting, the styling and some of your favourite details…
We had an intimate wedding shared with our family, located at The Euroa Butter Factory on our 7 year anniversary.
Katherine’s family have a farm located in Locksley not far from Euroa and her Grandmother reflected upon fond memories as a child of bringing cream to the Euroa Butter Factory to be churned to butter.
The timber arbour was made by Katherines father and it was fashioned with vintage diamond harrows from the farm. The bar cart is from our home and was featured at our wedding with a champagne tower, to share our first drink as Husband and Wife.
Tell us about your main outfits:
Katherine wore a long veil and a custom version of the Melody Gown from Brides Of Armadale. Katherine presented her ‘something blue’ by wearing a sapphire ring that belonged to her Great Uncle.Â
Sam wore a custom made suit from Briggins, paired with tan brogue shoes. His Ivory jacket was accompanied by a french white tailored shirt and a midnight black silk tie to accent his black trousers. Â
What were some of the most memorable/unique moments from the day?
Sitting around the table under the fairy lights, surrounded by family and sharing many stories and laughs.  Enjoying the warm, summer breeze driving around the countryside of Euroa with the top down, in a vintage mustang.  Showing off their dance skills as Sam successfully managed to lift and spin Katherine around without tripping over her dress.Â
Any advice for other couples planning to spend the rest of their lives together?Â
Always remember to nurture your relationship and continue to support, love and be kind to one another. Never forget the reasonings as to why you both fell in love.Â
