Founder Tania Gnecchi-Ruscone reconnects with her Italian heritage and fond memories of being in the countryside with her grandfather, leading to the creation of the Monte collection. This ring family is a reflection of that tender retrospection, where Tania invites wearers to adorn themselves in pieces that encapsulate the enduring beauty of nature.

The Monte rings, symbolizing strength and endurance, derive their inspiration from majestic mountain peaks.

Valle rings evoke a sense of repose and stillness, reminiscent of valleys, while Collina rings showcase the undulating and graceful curves of hills. Fiume rings represent the gentle yet persevering ebb and flow of rivers. The curved design resembling a river’s rhythmic flow completes the journey through natural landscapes

Their inspiration is drawn from timeless designs, traditional jewellery-making techniques, sustainability, and conscious production—cornerstones of the Monte collection. Each design commences as a wax carving skillfully crafted by Tania. Subsequently, it undergoes refinement by its team of master jewellers, setters, and engravers. Collectively, they contribute decades of expertise and craftsmanship to create each exquisite piece. Every item is thoughtfully handcrafted to order in Sydney, Australia, and they hold deep pride in preserving the rich heritage of traditional jewellery-making techniques.
