Slate - Styled Shoot by Emunah Events - Together Journal

This stunning shoot features monochromatic colours and textured elements, creating a tonal elegance of blacks, greys, whites, and the occasional sparkle.

We wanted to create a shoot that was not only modern, but also achievable to the everyday Bride, showcasing key elements with focus florals accompanied with textural details that can be easily re-created.

The team efforts of this shoot worked beautifully, with The Joinery playing the perfect host for the shoot with their blank canvas industrial feel and Bulb Creative working their incredible talent to bring this shoot to life featuring all areas of creation through detailed and artistic blurred shots, making this a match made in slate heaven.

The tablescape included unique marble square charger plates with custom name decals, black Oak Lab vases which highlighted the grey orchids and trailing black jasmine lounging in them. Distinctive slant cut menus in a soft grey matching the table linen, black framed candle holders, alongside black side plates and softening linen napkins, adding a gentleness to the tables structured lines created.

Naked Fern hit the brief for our modern monochromatic Bride, keeping the florals muted and simple with the soft draping touches of amaranthus and climbing jasmine accompanied by a stunningly striking orchid bouquet with a trail of soft pure silk.

Elegant slinky silhouettes, structured pleated and encrusted sequenced gowns were provided by Bloom Australia, that were brought to life in unison with the hallway of hanging bulbs and the overflowing natural light seeping through the industrial elements of The Joinery. Perfectly matched by Little White Couture’s stunning range of bridal accessories, to compliment your modern everyday Bride.

The bold trio of cakes by The Sweet Society Co. also told a story in itself, featuring sky-high heights, layers, draping fondant and textures that only she can master.
