Ingredients
6 basil leaves
75ml grapefruit juice – ruby red or regular
15ml sugar syrup
Soda water
Ice
Method
Add basil leaves and sugar syrup to your glass and muddle. Add grapefruit juice, stir and then strain to remove leaves.
Fill the glass with ice, pour in grapefruit juice and basil sugar syrup + top with soda. Stir and garnish with fresh basil leaves and a slice of grapefruit.
