The style was intentionally modern, yet with deconstructed and organic elements.
Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love…
Thibault is the head of a civil engineering company, while Yekaterina is the financial director. We’re both passionate about our miniature dachshund, Loulou. We also love travelling together — exploring new places and cultures.

How/where/when did you meet – and what were your first impressions?
We met in a karaoke bar in London. There was an instant connection. Our first impressions? Thibault thought Yekaterina was incredibly elegant and sharp-witted, and Yekaterina loved Thibault’s sense of humour and thought that he was handsome.

Tell us about the vision you had for the mood and style of your wedding. (theme, key styling elements, florals, colour palettes etc.).
We envisioned a wedding that felt both intimate and immersive. The style was intentionally modern, yet with deconstructed and organic elements. We embraced the wild spirit of nature alongside the soft elegance of the Provençal countryside. It created an elegant setting without being overly polished — like nature had taken over in the most beautiful way.

What styling and visual elements worked best for you? (could be things, the florals, particular hire products or your marquee, etc., something the stylist created or simply just the scenic beauty of your location or the existing design of your venue).
The setting itself had this quiet, breathtaking beauty that didn’t need much enhancement. We chose to lean into that, letting the landscape guide the overall aesthetic. The floral design played a huge role in bringing everything to life, wild, abundant, and effortlessly in tune with the surroundings.
Our tablescapes were another key element — thoughtfully curated with textured linen, delicate glassware, and soft candlelight that added a romantic, intimate glow as the evening unfolded. Every visual detail was meant to feel cohesive yet unforced.

What did you enjoy most about the planning process, and do you have any tips for couples starting their wedding planning journey?
We enjoyed seeing our ideas come to life — watching our vision slowly take shape through each detail was incredibly fulfilling.
Our tip: Don’t get too caught up in trends. Focus on what feels authentic to you as a couple. And trust your vendors — they’re experts for a reason!

Tell us about your vendors. Were there any standout suppliers you would like to make special mention of?
We were so lucky with all of our vendors. A special mention goes to our incredible wedding organiser, Alicia (@milos.events). Cora (@coramourdesigner), was the creative force who brought our vision to life, and Lea (@leaevrevin)Â our photographer, captured the heart of the day with so much emotion and beauty.
Tell us about your wedding and engagement rings.
Thibault designed both engagement rings, which made it even more special.

What were one or two elements that were most important to you both that you were happy to spend a little more on? (food, photography, florals, the venue, your outfits?).
For us, the decor and entertainment were the two elements we were happiest to invest in. The styling was key to creating the atmosphere we dreamed of — every detail, from the florals to the lighting, helped bring our vision to life and make the space feel truly magical. Entertainment was equally important; we wanted our guests to feel joyful and connected, and the music set the perfect tone for celebration and unforgettable moments.
Was there a favourite moment (or two) that you will treasure always?
While there were many unforgettable moments, what we hold most dear is simply spending this special day surrounded by our family and close friends.
