Your Wedding Creator captures weddings with heart, energy, and real-time storytelling.
More than content, this is a way to preserve the fleeting beauty of a wedding day. With candid reels and highlights delivered within 24–48 hours, every laugh, tear, and embrace can be relived almost instantly. Blending intimacy with an editorial eye, the work feels both modern and timeless. Each gallery is a reflection of the couple’s unique energy, ensuring no two celebrations are ever the same.

Your Wedding Creator is known for capturing weddings with heart, energy, and a modern edge. Can you share the story behind founding YWC and the vision you had for it from the beginning?
YWC began in July 2023 with a simple idea: weddings move so quickly, and couples deserve to hold onto more than the beautiful polished photos and films. When I first began wedding photography, I was naturally creating content and making reels alongside my imagery—not always perfectly at the start, because I was trying to do it all. That experience showed me just how valuable real-time storytelling was, but also how impossible it is to give both content and photography your full focus at the same time. That’s what sparked the expansion into Your Wedding Creator: a dedicated team capturing candid, in-the-moment memories delivered almost instantly—what we call “memory insurance” for the day. From the start, the vision was clear: a team that brings heart, excitement, and artistry to weddings while making couples feel celebrated, not staged.
Candid, real-time content is at the core of what you do. Why do you feel this style resonates so deeply with modern couples?
Couples today live in a world of instant connection and storytelling. They don’t just want to see the posed kiss or the polished edit; they want to feel the messy, hilarious, emotional, joyful reality of their wedding day. Candid, real-time content taps into that—it feels honest, human, and shareable in a way that perfectly mirrors how couples truly live their lives.

Your team delivers beautifully curated reels and highlights within just 24–48 hours. How does this immediacy transform the way couples relive their wedding day?
The day after your wedding, the emotions are still buzzing, the adrenaline hasn’t worn off, and you’re craving a way to relive it all. Having highlights and reels in your hands within 24–48 hours is transformative—it means couples get to re-immerse themselves in those moments right away and share them with loved ones who couldn’t be there. That immediacy is part of our promise: we’re not just delivering content, we’re delivering peace of mind—true memory insurance for one of the most important days of your life.

You describe your creators as a couple’s personal “hype crew.” How do you ensure couples feel seen, supported, and celebrated, while still blending seamlessly into the flow of the day?
Our creators are trained to bring fun and positive energy without ever being intrusive. We’re there to cheer couples on, calm nerves, and celebrate little moments while intuitively knowing when to step back. It’s a balance of being part best friend, part professional—we read the room, match the vibe, and make sure the couple feels both supported and completely free to be themselves.
Your work manages to be both scroll-stopping and timeless. Where do you find creative inspiration, and how does it influence your artistic process?
Inspiration comes from a mix of places: fashion, music, travel, and especially the unique energy couples bring to their day. Weddings are inherently emotional and stylish, and we lean into both – capturing fleeting, unscripted details but shaping them with an editorial eye. This blend allows our content to be trend-forward enough to pop on social feeds, yet meaningful enough to remain timeless for the couple. The red bow, now synonymous with YWC, has become our symbol of that balance: content that feels as elevated as it does real.

Every couple wants their wedding content to feel personal. How do you make sure each gallery of reels and moments reflects their individual style and story?
It starts with listening. Before the wedding, we get to know the couple’s vibe, their music taste, their humour, and what matters most to them. On the day, we’re tuned into their energy – whether they’re playful, romantic, or a little wild – and we shape our edits to reflect that. We work with all couples, and we’re intentional about making sure their personalities and love story – not any assumptions – drive the creative process. No two galleries are ever the same because no two love stories are ever the same.
You often collaborate alongside photographers and videographers. How do you approach that dynamic so all vendors can work harmoniously while capturing the day?
We see ourselves as collaborators rather than competitors. Having worked as a wedding photographer myself, I understand the flow of a wedding day and what photographers and videographers need to do their best work. This firsthand experience allows me to prepare and train our creators so they know how to navigate and support the wider vendor team seamlessly. We ensure our creators recognise that each vendor brings their own unique art, and we complement it by focusing on in-between moments and fast delivery.
With clear communication, respect for each craft, and a shared goal of serving the couple, we blend into the vendor team naturally – it’s about harmony, understanding, and respect, not hierarchy.

Your team is handpicked and personally trained. What qualities do you look for in a creator to ensure they embody the YWC ethos?
At YWC, we take a very intentional approach to building our team. I, Madeline Errigo – a professional wedding photographer – alongside our talented social media expert Emma, personally select and train every creator. We don’t bring in random freelancers; it’s essential that each creator not only has the technical skills but also the heart and dedication to truly support couples on such an emotional day. We look for people who are hardworking, kind, patient, and warm, with their own personal flair. Confidence is also key – because weddings move fast and hiccups happen, and we need creators who can adapt and problem-solve without ever adding stress for the couple. That’s why our couples can trust they’re in safe, capable hands.
Looking ahead, are there particular wedding styles, cultural traditions, or destinations you’re excited to bring the YWC lens to?
Absolutely – we love the idea of leaning into cultural traditions that are rich in detail and storytelling, from multi-day celebrations to intimate destination weddings. We’ve already had the joy of capturing incredible celebrations in Greece and Bali, and those experiences only fuel our excitement to bring YWC to more destinations with more amazing couples. Closer to home, we’re also preparing to expand into other Australian states outside of South Australia very soon. We can’t wait to find the right talented creators to join our mission—helping couples feel like their most authentic selves on a day that can sometimes feel overwhelming without the right team by your side. Each new tradition, each new location, brings a fresh layer of artistry to what we do.

For couples considering whether to add a content creator to their vendor team, what do you feel is the greatest advantage of working with Your Wedding Creator?
The greatest advantage is peace of mind. With YWC, couples know that every laugh, tear, and dance-floor moment will be captured in a way that feels authentic and ready to relive within hours, not months. It’s like giving yourself the gift of being able to step back into your wedding day whenever you want—because those raw, real moments are preserved forever. And importantly, we work with all couples: love is love, and every story deserves to be celebrated and remembered in its truest form. Our service is luxury at heart but always delivered with warmth.
