About the Designer
Founded in 2014 by celebrated Turkish designer Züleyha Kuru, the eponymous fashion house has established itself as a distinctive voice within contemporary couture, known for its poetic silhouettes, exacting craftsmanship and quietly powerful approach to femininity. After completing her formal studies in fashion design, Kuru launched the brand with an ambitious international outlook, debuting her early collections in Paris and New York and quickly drawing attention for her ability to merge timeless couture codes with a distinctly modern sensibility.
Today, the house operates from its ateliers in Istanbul and Ankara, with an expanding international presence that includes Los Angeles and select global stockists.
