Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love, what is unique about you and your relationship:
We met at a housewarming party for a mutual friend while Sam was visiting NYC from Montreal. He had been looking for a reason to move back to New York for a while, and our relationship proved to be a great reason!
We matched on Tinder in 2015. We spent an afternoon together and immediately felt at ease in each other’s company. Eddie is an electrician and a surfer. Amanda is a primary school teacher and mindfulness coach.
Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love, what is unique about you and your relationship:
We met at work and were good friends for years before anything romantic eventuated. Michael still laughs that the first memory he has of me involves me yelling at him from the reception desk at work because we couldn’t agree on the air conditioning temperature; a common workplace dispute that highlighted to each other our individual stubborness from early days.
Joe and I have been together for 10 years. We’ve pretty much grown up together, from awkward dates watching 17 Again (we were just shy of 16) to being husband and wife. Joe is a photographer who shoots fashion, events and weddings. I’m a blogger and author. We love lazy Sundays on the sofa, seaside adventures in the UK (rain or shine), and our little furry daughter Maggie.
Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love, what is unique about you and your relationship
Matt is a Marine Pilot and I am the Operations Manager for a renewable energy company. We are lucky enough to live in the beautiful Mount Maunganui with our blue Burmese, Odin. Matt’s work has seen us spend majority of our relationship living in different cities or Matt working at sea for long periods.
Tell us how you meet each other?
We met through mutual friends in 2015 and from the start we really enjoyed our conversations with one another. We remained casual friends over the next few years and started to date seriously in 2019. When we first met each other there was a curiosity to know more of the other and there was definitely a question for both of us whether the other would be someone of significance.
Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love, what is unique about you and your relationship:
I’m a registered nurse and Paul is a Project Manager. We have known each other since kindergarten, our parents being good friends. We were mates at school and went to the 5th form ball together. We went our separate ways after high school, with me moving to France and Paul joining the army.

Partners in justice – a phrase that captures our story and one of the unique connections we share. Matt and I both work for the New Zealand Police. We met three and a half years ago, and whilst we knew of each other at the time, it wasn’t until we both swiped right, that our paths truly crossed.

We met at university as we both studied law together. However we didn’t meet each other in class, rather we met at a volleyball court!

Mariah: Caleb and I are always on the go. We share a passion for travel and going to the beach — you’ll find us doing either one during our free time. We met at my local beach. Caleb was about to go surfing and I was there with a large group of friends who knew him and introduced us.

Vincent and I met when we were 16 and have been inseparable ever since – we’ve been together nearly half our lives!
