ECOYA‘s New Resort Collection Has Arrived
We always look forward to an ECOYA release. There is a sense of anticipation around the new fragrances, packaging and collections, and Resort, the brand’s latest limited-edition summer offering, has us dreaming of holidays before we’ve even left home.
Launching as the first chapter of a two-part collection, Resort takes its cues from the particular pleasures of a summer escape: sun-drenched afternoons, poolside lunches, golden-hour cocktails and evenings that stretch long into the night. The second chapter, Cruise, will follow in December 2026, making this something of a fragrance journey through the season.
For Resort, ECOYA has created two limited-edition fragrances, Pomelo Sorbet and Jasmine Bellini, each available as a Madison Candle, Reed Diffuser and Plug-In Diffuser Fragrance Flask.
Pomelo Sorbet is the brighter, fruitier proposition, combining juicy citrus and tropical fruits with delicate florals before warming into vanilla, amber and cedarwood. It’s an undeniably summery composition on paper, with enough depth in the base notes to balance all that freshness.
Jasmine Bellini heads in a slightly more floral direction. Jasmine and ylang ylang meet peach and apricot, settling into creamy sandalwood and musk. The combination of florals, stone fruit and a softer woody base feels particularly suited to long summer evenings and entertaining at home.
Beyond the fragrance itself, this is what ECOYA does particularly well. A new collection can change the mood of a room without requiring you to change anything else. Scent becomes part of the atmosphere, whether it’s a candle lit before friends arrive for dinner or a diffuser quietly working away in the background.
There’s also a lovely Together Journal relevance here. We are always interested in the things that make a home feel considered and personal, particularly when two people are creating one together. Fragrance is wonderfully subjective, which can make it difficult to choose as a traditional wedding gift, but an engagement is a different proposition. A beautifully presented selection from the Resort Collection would make a thoughtful engagement present, particularly for a couple who love interiors, entertaining or travel. It feels celebratory without being predictable.
And perhaps that’s why we continue to look forward to ECOYA‘s new releases. There is always an element of surprise in the scents, packaging and concepts, and something new to brighten the home. Resort captures that idea particularly well. It’s a little suggestion of somewhere warmer, slower and more indulgent, without requiring a plane ticket.
