There are some evenings that feel special from the moment you arrive, and the recent celebration at Faradays to welcome Penhaligon’s and L’Artisan Parfumeur was certainly one of them. Beautifully intimate, wonderfully chic and full of thoughtful details, it was a lovely reminder of just how magical a gathering can be when every element is considered.

Hosted at Lotties within Faradays, the evening brought together a wonderful mix of media, ambassadors and tastemakers to discover two of the world’s most distinctive fragrance houses.

Guests began on Faradays‘ elegant beauty floor, where champagne was served alongside an intimate introduction to Penhaligon’s and L’Artisan Parfumeur. From much-loved signature fragrances to exciting new launches, there was an opportunity to explore the collections, discover the stories behind the scents and spend time with the people who know them best.

From there, guests were invited upstairs to Lottie’s, transformed into the most exquisite setting for an intimate dinner. An abundance of florals, beautifully layered tablescapes and the gentle glow of candlelight created an atmosphere that felt wonderfully romantic, a little untamed and incredibly elegant. It was Lottie’s at its absolute best, a space designed for precisely this kind of gathering, where exceptional food, beautiful surroundings and the pleasure of good company come together so naturally. There was a lovely sense of intimacy to the evening, with conversation flowing and guests lingering over every detail.

Joining guests for dinner were brand representatives from Penhaligon’s and L’Artisan Parfumeur, visiting from Sydney. The delicious menu had been thoughtfully designed to complement the fragrances of the candles, creating a sensory experience that extended well beyond the perfume counters. It was an evening that encouraged people to linger, share stories and enjoy the pleasure of being together.
