Once we saw a photo of the terrace at El Olivo restaurant at La Residencia, our vision of our wedding immediately came to life.

The wedding was a nature-filled sunbeam of a weekend, a time capsule of warmth for our future.

I always knew I wanted a glamorous black-tie wedding but one that felt relaxed and authentic to us.

Our whole vision was based on a very classic style that incorporated the views and surroundings.

We wanted it to be like a fun dinner party with a focus on great music, delicious food, cocktails and wonderful company.

Being by the ocean, I wanted the design to feel timeless yet fresh, with a clean and sophisticated aesthetic.

We wanted the reception to be classic and simple, with good food and good music.

We wanted something with a mix of Scottish beachy, with some boho vibes, and a twist of country.

We wanted a very relaxed day full of love, which is exactly what we had.
