For Katherine & Alex we took colour inspiration from Katherine’s bridesmaid dresses – sage, plum and burnt orange.
Katherine really wanted Proteas so naturally I had to put that in her bouquet – I chose white as I feel it’s more suited to a Winter wedding. I combined a Protea with sage coloured eucalyptus, red ranunculus, red wine hellebores and billowy erica.
Katherine also wanted to create a wow factor when guests walked into the reception area, so we hung a large branch from the ceiling and adorned it with all of Winter’s glory; Â red, chocolate, gold and white orchids, erica, white proteas, magnolia and scented roses.
