LVR Bridal transforms contemporary weddings with its signature blend of curation, creativity and edge.
LVR Bridal is fast becoming one of the most directional names in modern bridal. Known for its curated edit of contemporary labels, cult accessories and its own in-house collection, the boutique brings a fashion-first lens to bridalwear, celebrating individuality, creativity and edge. Now, founders Jacque Shaw and Lauren Kay Hooper are extending that vision beyond the wardrobe. With the launch of event styling services, couples can immerse themselves in the full LVR aesthetic, from sculptural florals to layered tablescapes. Every element is shaped with the same elevated eye for detail that defines the boutique’s fashion offering. More than dresses, LVR is setting a new standard for how a modern wedding looks and feels.

What inspired you to extend your vision into full-scale wedding styling, and what does it mean to now offer couples the complete LVR aesthetic?
Fashion has always felt like just the beginning. Styling weddings and events was a natural next step, an outlet for creativity as considered as the fashion, but with even more space to explore. We found ourselves doing it organically anyway: helping brides tie everything together, building moodboards, and sharing references beyond the dress. Now we can take it further and offer the full LVR experience, where the fashion, space, florals, lighting and tone all speak the same language. It is bold, cohesive, and completely theirs.
Bridal fashion is often where trends begin. How do you see your event styling shaping what’s next in wedding design, and what sets you apart from other stylists?
We are not driven by trends for the sake of it. We follow our instincts, trust our vision, and trust each other. We saw a gap for concept-led styling rooted in fashion and that is where we thrive. We look at the full picture, from fittings to floorplans, and we understand that weddings do not need to feel “weddingy.” They can take the shape of a dinner party, a rave, a photoshoot, or all three combined.
Many couples struggle with cohesion across their wedding. It takes real skill to apply an aesthetic not only to fashion but also to the event space. How does the LVR approach ensure every detail, from fashion to florals, feels connected and intentional?
We understand the vision from the inside out. If we have dressed you, we know your style. If we have met you, we know your energy. Our role is to translate that into every detail. We are not afraid to say no to elements that do not serve the look. We edit carefully, and above all, we care deeply about the storytelling.

Tell us about the process. If a couple wants the complete LVR treatment, fashion and event styling, where does the journey begin, and how do you work together to shape the outcome?
If you are finding your dress at LVR, we begin there. If not, we start with your overall wedding mood. From that foundation, we map out the full event with the bride or the couple. We ask questions (such as, what is your ideal guest doing at midnight?) and build the concept from there. It is always a collaborative process. We pull references, brief the florist, liaise with the caterer, select linen, design invitations. It is all us, and if something cannot be sourced, we will happily create it ourselves.
LVR brides are anything but predictable. How do you design spaces that reflect that same edge, attitude and personality?
We trust our brides to lead with taste, then we amplify it. If they are loud, we go louder. If they are subtle, we make it intentional. We design spaces that invite movement and connection. What we create is not just weddings, but parties with heart.

Are there certain styling elements, textures, or colour palettes you keep coming back to that feel quintessentially LVR? What details or moods are you most drawn to right now?
We are drawn to materials that feel rich and tactile: silk, tulle, polished metal, soft linen. Pieces that photograph beautifully yet feel incredible in real life. We love a little mood, a little drama — not necessarily loud, but always intentional. Right now, we are gravitating towards details that don’t shout for attention, but linger in the memory.
Is there a concept, collaboration, or wild idea you’ve been dreaming of bringing to life? Something unexpected that you’re just waiting for the right couple to try?
We’d love to style a sprawling open-air wedding in Puglia, romantic and free-spirited, set against the backdrop of an old stone building with long tables weaving through the garden. Think local food, flowing wine, linen draped from the trees, and far too many candles. No marquee, no rigid schedule, just a couple that trusts us to bring the vision to life. We have so many ideas up our sleeves, we’re just waiting for the right couples to let us run with them.
How do you envision the future of LVR? Will we see destination weddings, curated pop-up experiences, or even your own LVR-designed venues?
Yes to all of it. We want to do everything! We are already working on our first few full-scale events, with a big LVR Event Styling launch coming soon. Before the year is out, expect dancefloors, dreamy tablescapes, and the kind of party you never want to leave. In the long term, we’re envisioning destination weddings and curated elopement packages. For now, we are building it wedding by wedding, couple by couple and hand in hand, of course.
