Styled Wedding Editorial: Jackson + Charlotte by Stacey McLean

Inspired by current trends, this styled shoot brought together key seasonal elements but with a unique twist.

Stacey McLean is an ex-fashion photographer/stylist who recently made the move into wedding and family photography in early 2022 after starting her own family. McLean has already hit the ground running with her candid journalistic and dreamy editorial approach.

With a love for all the small details mixed with a love for capturing authentic and meaningful moments; Stacey’s fashion background allows her to shoot from an artistic point of view (which is evident in this dreamy editorial with the bride’s veil being re-used as a lens filter.)

Inspired by current trends, this styled shoot brought together key seasonal elements but with a unique twist – a two tiered 80’s cake but adorned with pastel floral motifs, wavy hand cut and hand written stationery, and Spring wildflowers in bouquets which were re-used as table decor.

Adorned in a soft palette of gold and white; the bridesmaids (who are the bride’s genuine three best friends) brought the laughter and playful moments alongside a loved up couple who had never met until this drizzly afternoon.
