In the past Ellerslie has been thought of as a racecourse, this is, of course, true but now with the addition of this beautiful new event and wedding space ‘Tote On Ascot’ and the ability to host large scale opulent events (up to 450 for cocktails and 200 for seated) as well as uniquely intimate events too, it is fast becoming recognised as one of Auckland’s most refined and in-demand wedding and event locations.

The heritage space which was originally built in 1885 is not short on charm. It has been painstakingly restored to the highest level and designed to offer guests a blank canvas so they can style it to suit their individual tastes. The high stud with lovingly-restored, historic wooden beams and the oak floors give the building a feeling of grandness. And the bar fitted out with Italian granite, titanium and leather makes for an inviting and elevated refreshment stop.
