Tronque continues to redefine what modern body care can look and feel like.
New Zealand luxury bodycare brand Tronque has long been a favourite of ours at Together Journal. Beyond the fact that the products genuinely deliver, there is also something undeniably beautiful about the world the brand has created. The award-winning packaging, elevated textures and thoughtful formulations feel considered in every sense. Their philosophy of “skincare from the neck down” has always resonated with us, treating body care with the same level of sophistication traditionally reserved for facial skincare.
Now, the brand is extending that philosophy further with the launch of its new Neck & Décolletage Elixir, a targeted treatment designed for one of the most overlooked areas of the body.

Launching 20 May after three years in development, the Elixir arrives at a moment when neck-focused skincare is becoming an increasingly important conversation within the beauty industry. While advances in facial skincare continue at a pace, the neck and décolletage are often left behind despite being among the first areas to show visible signs of ageing. Thinner skin, fewer oil glands and constant environmental exposure mean hydration depletion, crepiness and fine lines tend to appear here earlier and more noticeably.
Key ingredients include Pentavitin to help bind moisture within the skin, Superoxide Dismutase, an antioxidant inspired by the skin’s own defence enzymes, and Betaine to support hydration balance and comfort. Together, the formula is designed to support elasticity, resilience and long-term hydration, with skin appearing smoother, plumper and more refined over time.

Importantly, the texture avoids the heaviness often associated with neck creams. Lightweight and serum-like, the Elixir absorbs quickly and layers easily into an existing skincare routine, sitting comfortably between cleansing and richer treatments morning and evening.
The launch also marks another milestone in Tronque’s steady global ascent. Most recently, the brand became the first and only New Zealand or Australian beauty label stocked by Violet Grey, one of the industry’s most discerning beauty destinations. The placement follows three years of vetting by Violet Grey’s expert committee and sees Tronque positioned alongside globally recognised names, including Augustinus Bader, Westman Atelier and La Mer.

The achievement caps a period of significant growth for the brand across the United States, where Tronque is now stocked in more than 150 locations, including Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Bluemercury and Saks. Founder Tanné Snowden recently relocated to New York to further lead the brand’s expansion internationally.
Elegant, considered and quietly technical in its approach, the Neck & Décolletage Elixir feels less like a trend-led launch and more like a natural extension of Tronque’s wider philosophy. In a category often crowded with exaggerated promises and overly rich formulations, it offers something more refined: body care approached with genuine skincare credibility, wrapped in the kind of elevated aesthetic that makes the daily ritual feel that little bit more luxurious.
