Installment two of Nothing smells as good as the person you love! Especially if they bought their fragrance from WORLD

First up and pictured above we have a fragrance so well suited to the modern bride its ridiculous! Introducing BDK Bouquet De Hongrie.

She’s getting ready. It’s a beautiful day. The sky is blue. She puts her naked foot on the floor and like a dancer, travels the distance of the mirrored hallway to the dressing table. It’s one of her favourite spots. She likes getting pretty there.

And below BDK Pas Ce Soir the more naughty of the two…

She adds a bit more black to her eyes. She slams the front door as her heels strides on the sidewalk. Just like every Thursday, she’s going to the cabaret Place de la Concorde. Madam has high hopes like every night. She likes people; she loves life. She finds a stool at the bar and orders a whiskey with ice before lighting her cigarette. In the darkness, she makes out a silhouette in front of her.

ARQUISTE MISFIT If you have been fortunate enough to encounter scents from the Arquiste collection, then we know you will be intrigued about this latest glorious creation from Carlos Huber.

A decadent balance between regal and rebel. Inspired by 19th century bohemians, re-imagined in an original elegance. Cashmere-like ambery notes smoothing out the carnal earthiness associated with counter-culture. In MISFIT what was once decadent is now made addictively desirable. With main notes of: French lavender, ambrette seed absolute, patchouli, Venezuelan tonka bean and tolu balsam.

The ever alluring Maison Rebatchi Rose

A secret westernized yet oriental rose, a fragrance where tenderness and sophistication blossom in the purest state possible.

Damask rose essence and Turkish rose absolute are beautifully enveloped in powdery iris and white musks, and gently intertwined with velvety notes of peach, crisp apple, spicy pink pepper and saffron, known as “red gold”. White musks mingle with drydown notes that are warm and woody (sandalwood, ambergris) and vibrant cedar wood. – Randa  Hammami, Perfumer.

And for those who like their florals anchored with woody notes we present Maison Rebatchi Bois D’Enfants

It is reminiscent of a walk in Vendée, through the Saint Hilaire de Riez forest, where Mohamed Rebatchi spent his summers as a child. In the shadows of the forest, the spicy salty freshness of pink pepper essence, emphasized by a touch of rose essence, blend together with somber May rose absolute. As the wind picks up, brightness returns carried by a note of freesia that merges with bergamot. Iris draws a vertical floral woody line to the maritime pines, swept away by the breeze and brimming with sap heated by the sun, taking on incense and balsam fir accents.
