Polina (photographer) —— Currently living in Milan, Dani and Anastasiya’s modern style and sophistication caught our team’s attention on Instagram. This creative pair embodies a true artistic partnership of love and contemporary fashion. Anastasiya creates imaginative floral compositions through her own floral studio, as well as capturing shoots for brands, while Dani, a fashion model and influencer, seems straight out of a fashion magazine. Imagining what their wedding could be like, we set out to capture the essence of these two creative souls, focusing particularly on florals, photography and fashion.
The decision to choose Italy as the location for the wedding celebration was influenced by Dani’s origins and the country the couple have chosen to live in. We’d been searching for the perfect location for a long time when we stumbled upon the newly opened Olive Villa Firenze, with its breathtaking views of Florence, private olive groves and sleek modern interior design.
We chose a contemporary monochromatic floral approach, incorporating unique touches such as artichokes, lunaria and anthuriums. We curated four distinct bridal looks for Anastasiya, complemented by Dani’s classic black tuxedo. Given Anastasiya’s florist expertise, her first sheer gown featured delicate floral motifs woven into the lace, and the final evening gown had floral shapes draping elegantly over the shoulders.
We curated three different bouquets, each showcasing Anastasiya’s love for unconventional blooms. Reflecting Danilo’s artistry and Anastasiya’s skills behind the camera, we opted for more film photography and innovative perspectives.
The evening dinner on the terrace, bathed in a warm sunset glow, included a traditional Italian wedding cake which added to the romantic ambiance. Collaboration between the stylist and photographer worked to elevate the overall outcome of the shoot. The stylist prepared a dress code for guests, enabling beautiful group photos that harmonised with the location and theme of the wedding, and creating clear focal points for the photographer during the shoot. Our wedding planner also meticulously curated every detail of this concept and selected a location that perfectly encapsulates the beauty and romance of such an event. We wanted viewers to feel the visible, passionate love of a modern young couple from Milan, immersed in the enchanting backdrop of Tuscany.
