This modern elopement styled shoot inspired by botanical gardens was created with the goal to inspire and encourage a more sustainable and nature-friendly approach to wedding planning.
The creative duo behind Magi Concept Studio love simplicity, nature and telling stories and are known to specialise in concept development, art direction and space design. This shoot captures an edgy and modern urban style contrasted to the soft colour palette and the delicate details creating a romantic city fairytale.
The vision for this styled shoot was a modern and unique celebration of love and nature with a strong emphasis on sustainability and diversity. The concept is manifested through the use of edibles as main decoration which honors the distinct beauty of mother nature and her creations.
All the vendors involved share the vision to work towards a slower and more sustainable wedding industry by using recycled, reusable, local or handmade materials as well as producing small-scaled.
Set in an original Berlin industrial loft, this elopement had both the edge and modern urban look that truly captures the city’s spirit. In contrast to the soft color palette and the delicate details, the location was transformed into a romantic city fairytale.
Besides handmade ceramics, vintage glassware, and naturally dyed linens the table landscape was decorated with beautiful edibles and elegant garden flowers in tall vases. The inspiration for the use of fruit and vegetables as the main decoration comes from the beauty in nature as well as the natural beauty of love. A spectacular flower installation filled the space, as if it was growing right from the concrete floor. The matcha wedding cake is also a triumph of nature decorated with garden flowers and edibles with no artificial flavors.
